White Tiger Asleep

"What was that?" hissed Arthur.
"Something red," hissed Ford back at him.
"Where are we?"
"Er, somewhere green."
"Shapes," muttered Arthur. "I need shapes."

Love the photo. Do you have the original JPG cos I would love to print this out A3?

I've got a big (A1 size) framed photo of a white tiger on snow that was bought for me, shame I can't upload that for others to print.

Yup, I have that fatboy somewhere around here. The jpeg is going to be around 7meg as it is a 18megapixel image.

I propably took about 150 images of tigers on the day, I'll have a look through and see if there is anything else better.

Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay. Was out there for the shuttle launch, STS-130. Don't let anyone tell you Florida is warm al year round. At 4am out at the Kennedy Space Center during February it is friggin' cold.

Cheers Limpet This will be printed to go right next to my other white tiger. Our PC room is full of photos of various animals/insects/marine life.

If you can host the best photos for me so I can grab them - or all if you want to - I can host them all on my Megaupload account forever where all my other stuff (music & docs mainly) is backed up. This is so others here can grab a copy than overloading your server & will act as your backup too. PM me the link & I'll post back the shared URL. Cheers

My Florida trip was approx 16Gb of photo data. There is some in RAW most are JPEG. I need to run over them all and create a contact print web site so I can review them quickly and make up a worklist. I know I had something which would do it somewhere around here.I have a few of that big white piece of junk they are going to stop chucking into the sky, too...STS-130 Launch
As for backups, I have a few copies of the data spread around the country now, including two on laptops.
ps, the full size image is in the gallery.

... A rocket, you may have tired of space shuttles but I haven't.

You do know that our Gallery resizes them to a 'web friendly' 565px × 376px? Stick it somewhere like ImageShack for example so I can print it out A3 please. You've got some great photos posted here so far

I know you know your stuff but anyhoo: If your using Photoshop CS3/CS4 whatever, you can batch process your RAWs to JPG baseline optimised Q.12 and also automate (save/print) a contact sheet to sort them out - this is all pain-free.

Try clicking on the details... link then clicking on the image for the full size, oh wait that one I uploaded is halfsize, I forgot I shrunch it for the 'droid.

I have CS2 I just haven't been in the mood to actually do anything with them yet.

That white piece of junk is the whole reason I went states side. And if someone said I could go again, I'd be out there like a shot on April 3rd with an even bigger lens.
